Use only the information needed to deliver and support the service.
Information we process
Movetali may process contact details, company name, workflow counts and complexity indicators, approved migration scope, service artifacts, support messages, payment references, receipts, and monitoring/incident metadata needed to provide the service.
Credentials
Do not send production passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets through the Fit Check or support email. Connected credentials are intended to be rebound in the n8n environment controlled by the customer rather than stored by the migration engine.
Payments
Payment processing is handled through the payment provider used for the order. Movetali does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Movetali stores the payment, quote, receipt, refund, and provider references needed for accounting, support, and order history.
Service providers
Movetali may use infrastructure and payment providers such as Cloudflare and Stripe where needed to operate the service. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those functions.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and incident history, meet accounting or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Deletion requests can be sent to support@movetali.com, subject to records Movetali must retain.
