Movetali service terms
These terms apply to Movetali Fit Checks, migration services, and optional monitoring unless an accepted written order states otherwise.
Fit Check and scope
The Free Fit Check and technical preflight are used to determine whether a migration is economically and technically appropriate. Movetali does not promise that every Zapier or Make workflow can be migrated. Unsupported or uncertain steps are disclosed before cutover.
Paid work
Paid migration work begins only after an eligible scope or fixed quote is presented and approved. Simple Safe Migration is $89 for up to three qualifying SIMPLE workflows after technical preflight. Moderate work starts from $299, Advanced work from $699, and larger or custom work is quoted after assessment.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must have authority to provide the relevant workflow information and to connect the accounts used in the customer's n8n environment. The customer is responsible for reconnecting credentials and providing expected-output evidence needed for validation.
Cutover and safety
Generated n8n candidates remain inactive by default. Movetali does not automatically activate production workflows. The existing source automation should remain available until the agreed validation and human cutover approval are complete.
Payments and receipts
Payment status is determined from verified payment-provider records, not from a browser redirect. Movetali maintains payment and receipt references for successful orders. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable mandatory law.
Monitoring
Monitoring is intended to detect supported failures, stale expected runs, repeated failures, or abnormal conditions. Monitoring reduces operational risk but does not guarantee uninterrupted execution or include unlimited human repair unless expressly included in the plan.
Service changes and mandatory law
Movetali may improve the service while preserving accepted paid scope. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under the mandatory law applicable to a transaction.
